Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Place ribs in a roasting pan. Mix together chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl until well combined; pour over ribs. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Cook the covered roasting pan in the preheated oven until meat is so tender that it comes off of the bone easily, about 2 hours. Check occasionally to ensure the juices do not boil over into the oven, removing some of the broth if needed.

  • 1.5 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 0.125 cup teriyaki sauce
