  • ⅔ cup nonfat milk
  • 8 cubes ice
  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • ½ cup granular sucrolose sweetener (such as Splenda®), or to taste
