Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes.

Remove pulp and strings from pumpkin seeds. Wash and thoroughly dry seeds.

Place melted butter in a large bowl. Add seeds and toss until evenly coated. Pour seeds onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon; stir to coat, then spread into a single layer.
