Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, Sriracha, garlic, and ginger puree together in a large bowl until well combined. Add chicken; stir to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to overnight.

Thread marinated chicken onto metal skewers and place on a platter, reserving marinade. Add squash, red onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms to the bowl with marinade and stir until evenly coated.
