Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Toss cauliflower, broccoli, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and black pepper together in a large bowl; place in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Set the bowl aside.
Step 3
Cook in the preheated oven until vegetables are slightly charred and tender, 20 to 23 minutes, stirring every 8 to 10 minutes; transfer to the same bowl. Add 1 tablespoon truffle- olive oil; toss. Transfer to a serving platter; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
