Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes, or until topping is puffed and golden brown.
Step 2
Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Step 3
Place sliced apples in baking dish.
Step 4
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in eggs and oil.
Step 5
Pack mixture on top of apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
