This bourbon slush recipe is a frozen blend of pineapple and orange juice, lemonade concentrate, tea, sugar, and whiskey, topped with lemon-lime soda.

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Mix pineapple juice, tea, whiskey, sugar, lemonade concentrate, and orange juice concentrate together in a large bowl or container. Pour into shallow bowls or dishes. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Let stand at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Chop with a wire whisk or potato masher for a slushy consistency. Place scoops of frozen slush into glasses. Top each off with lemon-lime soda.

  • 2 cups strong brewed black tea
  • 1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
  • 1 (12 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 2 cups bourbon whiskey
  • 1.5 cups white sugar
