Inspired by the delicious dressing on the grilled chicken salad at TGI Fridays, I created my own version. Drizzle it on anything that needs more flavor.

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Pulse jalapeño, garlic, and ginger in a food processor until finely chopped. Add honey, lime juice, cilantro, vinegar, and salt. Pulse 3 to 4 times to blend.
Step 2
Slowly pour oil into the processor with the motor running until dressing is smooth. Taste and season with salt if needed before serving.

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • 0.5 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.75 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 0.25 cup lime juice
  • 0.25 cup packed cilantro leaves
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
