Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Mix chili powder, paprika, allspice, taco seasoning mix, marjoram, ginger, thyme, basil, red pepper flakes, and Asian seasoned salt together in a bowl. Rub spice mixture over chicken breasts.
