Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Sauté bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble, and set aside.
Step 2
Combine lettuce, bell pepper, green onions, and corn together in a large bowl. Carefully fold in avocado.
Step 3
Whisk red wine vinegar dressing, blue cheese dressing, and honey together in a small bowl.
Step 4
Pour dressing mixture over salad and toss. Add bacon just before serving to keep it crunchy.
