Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Mash potatoes with a potato masher until smooth and seasonings are evenly distributed.
Step 2
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with salted water. Bring to a boil at medium-high heat; cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain; return potatoes to the pot.
Step 3
Add milk, butter, curry powder, salt, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, and cayenne pepper to the pot.
