Doreen's Teriyaki Steak Marinade

Sherry highlights a delicious marinade for steaks and other meats.

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
• 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 0.25 cup sherry
• 0.75 cup steak sauce

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix steak sauce, sherry, light brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic and pepper. Place desired meat in the mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before grilling as desired.
