Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet.
Step 3
Fill cooled puff pastries with crab mixture.
Step 4
Combine water and butter in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Add flour and stir to form a ball. Remove from the heat and add eggs all at once. Stir until smooth.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven until puffs are golden brown and hollow sounding, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Step 6
Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, sour cream, celery, onion, garlic powder, and soy sauce until smooth. Fold in crab.

  • 1 dash soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 (12 ounce) package imitation crabmeat
  • 0.25 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup salted butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 cup finely chopped celery
