Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Combine ramp leaves, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor; process until finely chopped. Add olive oil while the food processor is running, and process everything until smooth. Transfer mixture to a bowl and mix in grated Parmesan cheese; season with salt.
