My daughter loves bananas, and I made a way for her to get a good breakfast by adding some simple things and of course FUN! Even kids as young as a year old can help make these! Other things can be added. Have fun with it. If needed, you can subtract the peanut butter and use more honey.

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Stir together the peanut butter and honey in a bowl until smooth. Mix in the coconut and granola. Divide the mixture in half, and spread half over each tortilla. Place a banana half in the center of a tortilla, and roll up. Slice the rolls in half to serve.

  • ½ cup granola
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 4 teaspoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
