Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Combine chickpeas, feta cheese, tahini, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, and cinnamon in a food processor or blender. Puree until smooth.

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ⅓ cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
  • ¼ cup fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley leaves
