Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Meanwhile, preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Grill tenderloins on the preheated grill until slightly pink in the center, about 10 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Step 3
Whisk together cilantro, chiles, honey, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, and cumin in a small bowl until well combined; pour into a large resealable plastic bag. Add pork tenderloins, coat with marinade, squeeze out excess air, and seal the bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.
Step 4
Remove tenderloins from marinade and shake off excess; discard remaining marinade. Bring pork to room temperature, 20 to 30 minutes.
