Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.

Cook polenta slices on the preheated grill, 7 to 10 minutes per side.
Step 3
Combine strawberries, orange-flavored liqueur, and sugar into a small bowl: stir to coat.
Step 4
Cut polenta into 8 slices (½- to ¾-inch-thick). Lightly brush with olive oil; season with salt and black pepper.
Step 5
Place 2 polenta slices on a dessert plate; top with ¼ strawberry mixture. Repeat with remaining 6 polenta slices and strawberry mixture.
