Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
Step 2
Place tofu, mushrooms, zucchini, and bell pepper in a bowl. Mix soy sauce, onion, sriracha, sesame oil, jalapeño, and pepper together in a small bowl until well combined. Pour over tofu-vegetable mixture; toss lightly to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Step 3
Thread tofu and vegetables on skewers. Grill to desired doneness, about 10 minutes. Use any remaining marinade as a dipping sauce.

  • 10 large mushrooms
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup diced onion
