Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Mix rosemary, thyme, onion, garlic, white wine Worcestershire sauce, coarse salt, pepper, and olive oil in a blender or food processor. Pulse until well blended.
Step 2
Cover and chill spice mixture in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before rubbing under turkey skin or injecting into meat as desired.
