Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Set aside.
Step 2
Whisk sugar, water, and salt together in a large bowl until sugar dissolves; whisk in vinegar, oil, and oregano. Stir tomato, bell pepper, and onion into vinaigrette; gently fold in cheese and rotini. Season salad with black pepper.
