Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Cut butter blend into sugar blend with a hand mixer in a very large bowl until it looks like coarse crumbs.
Step 2
Combine cake flour, buttermilk powder, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in another large bowl. Add flour mixture to the butter-sugar mixture. Separate cake mix into 6 large zip-top bags.

  • 3 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 5 tablespoons baking powder
  • 3 ½ cups butter-canola oil blend
  • 4 cups sucralose and sugar blend for baking (such as Splenda® sugar blend)
  • 11 cups cake flour
  • 1 ½ cups dry buttermilk powder
