Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Butter a 9x13-inch pan; set aside.

Beat eggs in very large bowl. Add sugar, mixing well. Stir in cheese and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Add heavy cream and stir. Fold in cooked rice and crushed pineapple; pour into prepared pan.

Bake in the preheated oven until top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, at least 1 hour. Refrigerate until thoroughly cooled.
