• 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 (12 ounce) jar caramel topping
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (such as Eagle Brand®)
• ¼ cup coffee-flavored liqueur (such as Kahlua®), or more to taste
