Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Drizzle glaze over fruit and refrigerate pizza until chilled, at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease two 12-inch pizza pans.
Step 3
Make crust: Mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil in a large bowl until batter is just mixed. Divide mixture between the two prepared pizza pans and press down evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Remove crusts from the oven and cool completely, at least 30 minutes.
Step 5
Make cream cheese layer: Whisk together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar, and almond extract in a large bowl until smooth; spread onto cooled crusts.

Arrange fruit: Place strawberries, pineapple, and peaches on cream cheese layer.
Step 7
Make glaze: Combine white sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, water, and cornstarch in medium saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir until glaze is thickened, 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the saucepan from heat and refrigerate glaze until cooled, about 20 minutes.

  • 0.25 cup water
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup sliced fresh strawberries, or as desired
  • 0.5 cup diced pineapple, or as desired
  • 0.5 cup sliced fresh peaches, or as desired
