Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned and crisp, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Step 2
Add green onions to bacon grease; cook and stir until onions reach desired tenderness, about 1 minute. Pour onions and bacon grease over lettuce; toss lightly. Crumble bacon; add to lettuce. Serve immediately.
