Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread nectarine and plum pieces into the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle raspberries over the fruit.
Step 3
Whisk together flour, white sugar, brown sugar, ginger, and cinnamon in a large bowl until well combined; cut in butter with a pastry cutter or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Spread crumb mixture evenly over fruit and raspberries.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Rotate the dish and continue baking for 10 to 15 more minutes. If crumb topping is still pale, place the dish under the broiler until browned, 1 to 3 minutes.
