I liked this at a chain coffee shop and decided to try it myself. I saw some recipes online and decided to simplify it enough to use only a few measurements and throw it into a small blender. I'm lazy, but this one is quite good!

Step 1
Combine ice cubes, milk, confectioners' sugar, matcha powder, and vanilla extract in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour into a container and serve.
