Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Place ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, milk, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, garlic salt, and hot pepper sauce into a large bowl; mix until evenly combined. Shape the mixture into 12 meatballs and place onto a baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 20 to 25 minutes.
