Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.

Mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar together in a small bowl. Arrange salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish; rub garlic over salmon, then pour oil and vinegar mixture on top, turning once to coat. Season with cilantro, basil, and garlic salt; set aside to marinate for 10 minutes.
