Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.

Combine flour, sugar, pudding mix, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin, oil, and eggs until just blended. Pour batter into the prepared pans.

Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of each loaf comes out clean, about 1 hour. Remove from the oven and let sit for 15 minutes, then remove loaves from the pans and cool on a wire rack.
