Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Generously grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan with 2 teaspoons butter. Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a small bowl; pour into the buttered pan. Swirl and tap the pan to distribute cinnamon sugar all over the inside, up to the rim. Set aside.
