Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Combine turkey, onion, egg whites, bell pepper, jalapeno, tomato paste, garlic, paprika, and salt in a bowl. Form into about 18 patties.
Step 2
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Coat bottom with oil. Pan-fry the patties in batches until no longer pink in the centers, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
  • ½ yellow bell pepper, diced
  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, or as needed
  • 1 pound ground lean turkey
