My husband is allergic to nuts, so I developed a granola recipe that's easy and nut-free. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
Step 2
Combine oats, honey, wheat germ, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Spread oat mixture on a large rimmed baking sheet.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven, turning once, until lightly toasted, about 20 minutes. Stir in coconut and dried fruit.
Step 4
Continue baking until coconut is lightly toasted, about 10 minutes. Cool completely before transferring to an airtight container, about 15 minutes.

  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅔ cup honey
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup wheat germ

  • ½ cup chopped dried fruit
