Mix beef stock, tomato paste, shallot, Dijon mustard, garlic, apple cider vinegar, avocado oil, cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, horseradish, red pepper flakes, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, stirring until mixture is well combined. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until slightly thickened, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring frequently.n

  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • ¼ cup shallot, minced
