Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Combine matzo meal, sugar, salt, black pepper, and poultry seasoning in a large bowl; set aside.

Boil 2 cups broth and 1/2 cup canola oil in a large saucepan; stir in matzo meal mixture. Set aside to cool.
