Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Combine flour, pudding mix, milk, egg, and butter in a large bowl; beat well. Pour into a greased 8- or 9-inch pie pan. Arrange drained peaches on top, just to the edges.
Step 3
Beat together cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and 3 tablespoons reserved peach syrup in a medium bowl until creamy and smooth. Spoon mixture carefully on top of peaches, just to the edges. Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl until well combined; sprinkle over the top of pie.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Do not overbake.
