Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Combine salmon, onion, eggs, bread crumbs, potato flakes, garlic, celery salt, dill, salt, and black pepper in a bowl; form into 2-inch balls then flatten into patties about 1/2-inch thick.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Cook patties, in batches, until lightly browned, about 5 minutes per side.
