Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Drop spoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking sheets.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 baking sheets.
Step 3
Beat brown sugar and butter with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in oats, pumpkin butter, and egg.
Step 4
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon in a separate bowl: add to sugar mixture, alternating with milk, mixing after each addition. Fold in pecans and raisins.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden, about 15 minutes. Cool on the baking sheet briefly before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
