Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Step 2
Spread rhubarb in an even layer in the prepared pan. Sprinkle with sugar, then gelatin powder; spread miniature marshmallows in an even layer.
Step 3
Prepare batter according to cake mix package instructions. Spread batter on top of marshmallows.
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 40 to 50 minutes. Allow to cool.
