I like to serve this drink during sunset as an aperitif to my guests because my apartment's balcony faces the sea -- hence the name. It's easy to make and high in vitamin C!

Recipe Instructions

Step 1
In a cocktail shaker, combine orange juice, lemon juice, orange liqueur, pineapple juice, lemon-lime soda and grenadine. Shake well and pour into 4 chilled wine glasses. Garnish each with a green cherry, a red cherry and a twist of orange zest.

  • 4 fluid ounces pineapple juice
  • 4 orange, juiced
  • 8 fluid ounces lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
  • 4 red maraschino cherries
  • 4 green maraschino cherries
  • 4 twists orange zest
