Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Clean mushrooms and remove stems; set aside.
Step 3
Mix cream cheese, Italian dressing mix, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, Parmesan cheese and red pepper; set aside.
Step 4
Put stuffing mix in separate bowl.
Step 5
Stuff mushrooms with the cream cheese mixture.
Step 6
Press cream cheese side of mushrooms into the stuffing mix until well coated.
Step 7
Place mushrooms cream cheese sides up, on a baking pan, then drizzle with the melted butter.
Step 8
Bake for 30 min. Enjoy!

  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages mushrooms
  • 1 packet Italian dressing mix
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 1 (6 ounce) package stuffing mix
