Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Gather all ingredients.
Step 2
Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (depending on taste) evenly over both slices of bread.
Step 3
Place two slices of tomato on one slice of bread and sprinkle with half of the salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add two more slices of tomato and sprinkle with remaining salt and pepper
Step 5
Place second slice of bread, mayonnaise side down, on the top.
