Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x5-inch (or larger) loaf pan with nonstick spray.

Mix together ground beef, bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, ketchup, eggs, hot sauce, garlic salt, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined. Press mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour 15 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
Step 4
Remove from the oven and drain any fat from the pan. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
