Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Combine squash, Fresno chile, maple syrup, olive oil, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Transfer to a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven until tender, about 25 minutes, tossing halfway through.
