Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-low heat and lightly oil the grate.

Season pork steaks on both sides with almost all of the seasoned salt and pepper. Stir vinegar and water together in a small bowl; stir in remaining seasoned salt and pepper.
Step 3
Cook steaks on the preheated grill for 15 minutes, basting on both sides with the vinegar mixture. Continue to cook steaks to desired doneness, 10 to 15 more minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Discard remaining vinegar mixture.
