Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the grill for medium-high heat.
Step 2
Mix mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning together in a small bowl. Set aside.
Step 3
Mix ground sirloin, jalapeño, onion, garlic, remaining 3 teaspoons Cajun seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce together in a large bowl. Divide into 4 balls, and flatten into patties.
Step 4
Lightly oil the grill. Grill burgers until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of burgers reaches at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), about 5 minutes per side. During the last 2 minutes of grilling, top each burger with cheese slices.
Step 5
Spread mayo on buns, add burgers, lettuce, and tomatoes, and serve.
