Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook and stir garlic until fragrant and lightly browned, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour mixture into a ramekin or small bowl and cool.
Step 2
Blend cooled garlic-oil mixture, garbanzo beans, lime juice, peanut butter, coconut milk, chili sauce, lemon grass, basil, ginger, curry paste, jalapeno pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, and chili powder together in a blender until smooth.

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, minced
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper (Optional)
  • ¼ cup minced fresh Thai basil leaves
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 1 pinch chili powder (Optional)
  • 2 large cloves garlic, very thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
  • ¼ cup minced lemon grass
  • 2 teaspoons green curry paste
