Whisk soy sauce and egg together in a bowl; add green onions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper. Add turkey and bread crumbs to mixture; mix well. Form into 4 patties.
Step 2
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add patties, cover skillet, and cook, turning once, until burgers are no longer pink in centers, about 15 minutes total. An instant-read thermometer inserted into centers should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
