Recipe Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a rectangular baking dish.
Step 2
Cover the bottom of the dish with shredded turkey. Pour barbecue sauce over the turkey and stir with a fork or spoon to combine. Layer leftover vegetables over the turkey and spread mashed potatoes on top. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Step 3
Bake in the preheated oven until top is lightly browned and cheese is melted, 25 to 30 minutes.
